It was incredibly fun having the Vancouver magazine team in my home (back in May before the crazy renos!), sharing my work, my art and space.

OMNI TV
I was born and raised in Toronto and have lived in Canada my entire life, so many might not know that I also speak fluent Cantonese. Yesterday, I had the privilege of being interviewed on Omni TV’s Cantonese Focus segment, hosted by Karen So. Although I’ve done countless media interviews, being interviewed on TV entirely in Cantonese was a first for me. I hope I made my mom proud.
During my time on Omni, I spoke about my latest collaboration with the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation to help launch their very first artist series. This initiative aims to raise funds to support transformational research, advance technology and equipment, and provide tailored care.
How you can help: Donate or pick up merchandise from the collection at the hospital’s gift shop in Vancouver. All proceeds go directly to the foundation to support research, technology, care, and more.

Georgia Straight
Happy New Year, everyone!
I’m thrilled to be back from my holidays and to pick up a printed copy of my featured story in Georgia Straight. As an independent artist running my own studio, I am always grateful to be recognized for any shine I receive through the media. It’s a chance to tell my story and explain why I left my cushy advertising art and creative direction career in pursuit of creating art.
Despite being in the business for decades, I feel like I am just getting started. I’m excited to create more fun and engaging work for this year and beyond.
Big ups to all my clients, family, friends, and supporters for being part of my artistic journey.
I’m feeling extra refreshed and recharged from my holiday in LA with my family and I can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on!
Big thanks to both Danny Yu and Nik Molson for the photos used for this article.

FEATURED: Openroad’s DRIVER magazine. Vol. 17 Issue 1.
Description goes hereI’ve always been a car guy. Mostly because of my Dad and his yearly subscription to Canadian Driver magazine (Now Autos.ca)when I was a kid. NERD ALERT! I would carefully leaf through every page and try to memorize every car’s horsepower rating and engine displacement size. My brother and I would challenge each other’s knowledge as we spot cars on the road at the back of our parent’s car.
Thank you Openroad Auto group for having me featured in your DRIVER magazine (Vol. 17 Issue 1). Thank you Lauren Kramer for coming down to the studio for the fun interview.

Applied Arts Magazine
DescrI’m extremely happy and honored to be featured in the latest issue of Applied Arts. I’ve been a big fan of this publication for well over a decade. I still remember flipping through page after page of brilliant creativity, art, and design, feeling completely inspired by all the incredible work in the magazine back when I was just a student. Over the years, I’ve slowly started seeing my work featured in Applied Arts, but having an editorial piece written about my studio now feels absolutely fantastic! Click here for the full story.
A big thank you to Elizabeth Eames for making the trek out to my studio that day, taking the time to interview me, and learning about my journey to carving out my own path.iption goes here

Milk magazine Issue #480
My adidas x Forces of Nice art show in Hong Kong was a huge success, and I couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of my friends. The show attracted a ton of media attention, and I was fortunate to be featured in four highly respected local magazines, including Milk, a prominent urban fashion publication in Hong Kong.
With the adidas store packed to its maximum capacity of over 300 guests—including socialites, celebrities, editors, and models—we kicked off the event in style. The party started with an electrifying live music performance by Tom Pettapiece, and I followed up with a quick demonstration on a digital graffiti wall (provided by Tangible Interaction).
I’m beyond grateful and thrilled that the art show party exceeded my expectations. Even more importantly, my friends at adidas were absolutely delighted with how everything turned out.

East Touch & Face magazine features.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have received so much press for my adidas x Forces of Nice art collab show in Hong Kong. In addition to the coverage in Milk, I was thrilled to see double-page spreads in both East Touch and Face magazine.
The writer who interviewed me for Face magazine is an awesome guy, and we even became Flickr pals after the show. You can check out his Flickr photostream here.

Vancouver Sun
DescripI’m very proud and happy to be featured in today’s Vancouver Sun (under Breaking News A3, to be exact). As a small business owner, I truly appreciate every bit of exposure we get from the media.
To expand on the story in the article, I want to share how much I genuinely love Vancouver, no matter what others might say. So often, I hear people say, “Yeah, Vancouver is beautiful, but it’s too sleepy and too small…blah blah blah.” I couldn’t disagree more.
This city is alive with entrepreneurial energy. If you look beyond the surface—beyond the stunning mountains and oceans—you’ll discover a vibrant, engaged, and innovative community that’s creating world-class brands and products. From groundbreaking bike helmets to tech companies like Hootsuite, Vancouver has it all. I’m incredibly proud to be part of this community of creative tinkerers and entrepreneurs.
I’m here for the long haul, and I have no plans to stop innovating, building, and playing in this city I call home. Huge thanks again to the Vancouver Sun for interviewing me and shining a light on my small business!tion goes here
